Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner had complied with the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17103 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1169 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022. 4. Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.9 of the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.17103 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1169 of 2022.
