[ Mr. Supratick Shyamal Ms. Sonali Ghosh Basu …for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Sealdah, to dispose of the Title Suit No. 50 of 2018, expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 26th November, 2026 is fixed for hearing of the petitions dated 20th September, 2024 and 10th December, 2024. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said applications are otherwise ready for hearing. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, this civil revision application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sealdah, to take up the hearing of the petitions dated 20th September, 2024 and 10th December, 2024 on the next date fixed i.e. 26th November, 2026 if the same are 2 otherwise ready for hearing and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned trial judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 50 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
