Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the records. 3. The issue involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the earlier judgment of this Court in [M.Gajendran Vs. M/s.Everest Blue Metals and others] reported in 2025 6 MLJ 466 wherein this Court held that the deficit Court fees must be paid within the condonable period prescribed under section 34(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, failing which, it will not be considered as a proper presentation and therefore, any delay beyond https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP No. 14358 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 that period cannot be condoned by the Court. 4.
