JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI) This petition is filed for a direction to respondent No.2/KEA to provide the petitioner access to log into the KEA UGNEET-2026 online portal and enable her to pay the prescribed admission fee for the academic year 2026-2027. Further direction has been sought to issue the seat allotment/confirmation letter in favour of the petitioner in respect of the MBBS seat allotted at respondent No.3/College - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010661702026 NC: 2026:KHC:53039-DB WP No. 30053 of 2026 namely Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute to PwD category in accordance with UGNEET- 2026 second round final seat allotment list dated 16.09.2026 issued by respondent No.2. Another prayer is for a direction to respondent No.3 to accept the petitioner's admission formalities to the allotted MBBS seat and fulfill other requirements. 2. Learned Counsel for the KEA states that a portal for deposit of fee was not being made available for deposit of fee for the candidates in view of a stay order granted by this Court on 16.09.2026 in W.P.No.22541/2026 for the Persons with Disability candidates. It is stated that now that the stay order granted in the order of 16.09.2026 in W.P.No.22541/2026 having been vacated, there is no impediment for the KEA to make the online payment portal accessible to all concerned. 3. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the KEA to make the online fee payment portal on its website available to the candidates concerned for making payment of fees.
