Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. with Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. By the instant petition the applicant is praying for the following relief: i. It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 14 of 2026 under Section 3,5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act 2007 PS Bahadrabad, District Haridwar, otherwise applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned but since the Ramzan are going on, therefore, he may be given some protection during this period. 5. Learned A.G.A. have not raised any objection. 6. In such view of the matter, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally with a direction to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned on or before 04.05.2026.
