The second respondent completed investigation in Crime No.2 of 2026 and filed the final report on 31.05.2026, before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition Criminal stands dismissed as infructuous.
