At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4752/2025 was challenged by the respondents by way of D.B. [2026:RJ-JP:10465] (2 of 2) [CCP-1002/2025] Special Appeal No.1422/2025, which has been allowed by the Division Bench and order dated 15.07.2025 has been quashed. 2. This fact has not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of above, no cause of action for pursuing this contempt petition survives and Contempt Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. Notices stand discharged.
