1. Parties are represented.
2. The petitioner has moved an application being CAN 1 of 2026 seeking for recalling the order dated 25.08.2026 of this Court and restoration of the civil revisional application.
3. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that her personal reasons for not being able to present in Court on the concerned date when the matter was dismissed for default.
4. The learned advocate for the opposite party appears and raises objection as to the contention and prayer of the petitioner.
5. Having heard both the learned advocates for the respective parties and perusing the application being CAN 1 of 2026, it appears that civil revisional application was dismissed for default due to non- appearance by the petitioner in second call on
25.08.2026.

6. The reason for non-appearance of the petitioner is duly described in the instant application and appears to be sufficient.
7. The application as above, is found to have been filed within the time. Accordingly, the prayer of the applicant/petitioner is allowed recalling the order dated 25.08.2026 of this Court and restoring the civil revisional application as above in its original file and number.
8. Let the civil revisional application as above be immediately placed in the list for further consideration.
9. Copy of the civil revisional application be immediately served upon the learned advocate for the opposite party.
10. The matter shall appear in the list on Monday i.e. on 21st September, 2026.
