The present Intra Court Appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 18.02.2026, passed by learned Single Judge, whereby Writ Petition (S/S) No. 206 of 2026 filed by the appellants seeking quashing of a Notification dated 06.01.2026, pursuant to advertisement dated 16.10.2024, has been dismissed for concealment of the fact that advertisement dated 16.10.2024 was subject matter of challenge by the appellants in Writ Petition (S/S) 2159 of 2024 and it was pending before the Court. The Writ 1 2026:UHC:1845-DB Court has also imposed cost of Rs. 50,000/- on the appellants for having abused the process of Court and not coming to Court with clean hands. 2. Mr. V. B. S. Negi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, after making submissions at some length, states that he is not pressing the appeal and the appellants would pay the cost within a week. 3. Having regard to the said statement of learned Senior Counsel, the Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. 4. As stated before this Court, let cost be paid within one week from today. 5.
