The petitioner in the instant petition has challenged the order passed by respondent No.1 [vide Annexure-F to the writ petition], recommending disqualification of the petitioner from membership of the respondent No.3-Grama Panchayath. 2. Learned High Court Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that subsequent to the recommendation, the State Government has passed an order dated 07.02.2026 disqualifying the petitioner herein. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and challenge the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18015 WP No. 12405 of 2024 impugned order passed by respondent No.1 as well as the subsequent order passed by the State Government. 4.
