ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner in the instant petition has challenged the
order passed by respondent No.1 [vide Annexure-F to the writ petition], recommending disqualification of the petitioner from membership of the respondent No.3-Grama Panchayath.
2. Learned High Court Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that subsequent to the recommendation, the State Government has passed an
order dated 07.02.2026 disqualifying the petitioner herein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and challenge the

impugned order passed by respondent No.1 as well as the subsequent order passed by the State Government.
4. In the light of the subsequent order passed by the State, writ petition is hereby dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
