The petitioner seeks transfer. It appears that the application for transfer was last made on September, 2022. A considerable period of time has been elapsed in the meantime. 3. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application seeking transfer in the prescribed format disclosing ground for the same. 4. If the online portal is found to be non- functional, then the petitioner will be at liberty to file offline application in the prescribed format. 5. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with Page 2 law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from filing of the application. 6. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 7. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of. 9.
