Sri.Yogesh D.Naik., AGA for respondents 1 and 5 appeared in person. 2. The petition is filed seeking following reliefs: i. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the Letter dated 17.08.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-B. ii. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the Letter dated 30.08.2023 passed by the 3rd respondent vide Annexure-C. iii. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the modification order dated 22.05.2024 passed by the 5th respondent vide Annexure-E. iv. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the 5th respondent vide Annexure-J. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010078012025 NC: 2026:KHC:51886 WP No. 4525 of 2025 v. Pass any appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem it fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow this writ petition with cost, in the ends of justice and equity. 3. Both the counsel submit that the lis in the above matter is covered by judgment of this Court in the case of The Milk Producer Co-Operative Society Ltd and others Vs. The State Of Karnataka And Others in (WP No.30302/2024 D.D. 22.11.2024). Hence I pass the following: ORDER i. The order at Annexures-B, C, E and J are read down as show cause notices and that Sub Section (6) of Section 12 of the Karnataka Co-operative Society Act, 1969. ii. The petitioner-Society is permitted to furnish their reply to the said read down show cause notices within a - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010078012025 NC: 2026:KHC:51886 WP No. 4525 of 2025 period of fifteen days from the receipt of certified copy of this order. iii. If once the reply is received respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to consider the same, provide an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass necessary orders in terms of the Sub Section (6) of Section 12 of the Karnataka Co- operative Society Act 1969, within a period of thirty days thereof. iv.
