Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3. In similar circumstances, Writ Petitions filed by similarly placed employees seeking pensionary benefits were allowed and the said order was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025. Since the issues raised in the present Writ Petition are squarely covered by the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 22413 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 the respondents shall comply with the directions issued in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025, on or before 07.07.2026 and report compliance before this Court on 13.07.2026. 4.
