In terms of Annexure-K, the respondent authority has rejected the application filed seeking fresh affiliation on certain grounds made out as detailed. The playground is not well developed with proper levelling, drainage system and sufficient outdoor games facilities. 2. The school has not arranged gas connection in composite science lab. 3. As per RC report the school has not shown enough effort to rectify the concern and the newly constructed upper floor of the school building is not suitable as there are gaps in between the stairs and it creates safety concern." 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Board would submit that if such deficiencies pointed out in Annexure-K are rectified and complied with, the authority would reconsider the same. 3. In light of the same, the petition is disposed of, while reserving liberty for the petitioner to rectify the deficiencies pointed out at Annexure-K and approach the authorities once again seeking for revival and reconsideration of their application which has been rejected. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, in terms of the above while clarifying that, if deficiencies - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010307152026 NC: 2026:KHC:52122 WP No. 14071 of 2026 pointed out at Annexure-K are complied with, the authority may reconsider the application of the petitioner after following due procedure as is permissible in law.
