ORDER :
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in passing appropriate orders pursuant to the petitioner's representations dated 16.12.2024, 28.04.2025, and 23.02.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondent authorities have failed to protect the Government chance despite several representations. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has brought to the notice of the respondent authorities their inaction in laying a road or extending the municipal drainage facility and in that regard though representations were made, the respondents have not taken any further action.
3. The leaned standing counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, upon receipt of written instructions, submits that the representations of the petitioner are under active consideration of the competent authorities and that appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with the applicable rules and law.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations of
the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no
order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stands closed.
