Taking note of the fact that after the completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed and the Petitioner has been complied with the order that was originally passed dated 18.12.2025 and the modified order dated 02.02.2026, I am inclined to direct “ the Petitioner/Appellant to appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till pending disposal of the appeal.
