Earlier vide order dated 21.07.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.3853 of 2025, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed on merit. 4. Considering the fact that no fresh ground is mentioned the instant petition and by filing this anticipatory bail application an attempt has been made to get the earlier anticipatory reviewed by this Court, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No.200 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Koderma stands rejected.
