JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 31-01-2026 Heard the parties. 2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 190 BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been killed by unknown criminals. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has transpired and he has been seen in the CCTV footage going with the deceased. The petitioner has also given his self-inculpatory statement. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024 and charges have already been framed against the petitioner. 5.
