Mr. Sudeep Sanyal, Sr. Adv., Mr. Snehasis Jana …for the alleged contemnor. 1. This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 15 January, 2025. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that despite a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner the alleged contemnor has failed to comply with the same. 2. On behalf of the alleged contemnor, it is submitted that pursuant to a hearing an order dated 17 January, 2026 has been passed and there 2 has been due compliance with the order dated 15 January, 2025. 3. On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that there has been no consideration of his representation till date. 4. Be that as it may, an order dated 17 January, 2026 has been passed in compliance with the direction passed in WPA/28634/2024. Insofar as the petitioner may have any grievance against the order dated 17 January, 2026, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition agitating his grievance, if so advised, in accordance with law. 5. With the above direction, CPAN/1929/2025 stands disposed of. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
