Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 04.02.2026 before the respondent seeking separate patta on his favour in respect of S.Nos.729/2A1 (63 cents) 729/2A2 (29 cents) 729/2A4 (50 cents) 729/2A5 (34 cents) 737/8C (111 cents) 734/21 (30.5 cents) 734/37 (1 acre, 2 cents) to the total extent of 4.195 acre, situated at South Avinashipalayam Revenue Village. However, the said application was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s online application dated 04.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
