Learned counsel for both the parties submit that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant and the respondent have entered into a compromise and have amicably settled their dispute. A copy of the settlement agreement has been annexed as Annexure D/1. 3. It is, therefore, prayed that they be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the reasons stated in the application for withdrawal and considering the fact that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, as evidenced by the settlement agreement annexed with the application, the prayer deserves to be allowed. 6.
