The complaint is filed alleging theft. Petitioner is one of the persons named in the complaint along with some other persons. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the complaint is filed on 27.02.2026 and the complainant is the relative of the petitioner. 4. It is the further submission that, there is a hidden agenda to separate the petitioner from her husband based on this false allegation. It is the further submission that, the petitioner has co-operated for the investigation and has attended the Police Station as and when the Police have called the petitioner to attend the Police Station, and it is only on 22.06.2026 the Court has granted the stay order. 6. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that appropriate report will be filed based on the investigation. 7. The Court has noticed that the stay is granted only against the petitioner. There was no stay against the other accused named in the complaint. 8. Considering the nature of the offence alleged, the Court is of the view that the appropriate report has to be filed within a reasonable time. 9.
