For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.N.Arun Kumar For Respondent(s): Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) ORDER This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents, their men, agents and officials from interfering with the legal activities of the petitioner club vide Registration No.SRG/Chennai South/341/2025 and also from harassing the guests and the members of the club in any manner. 2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that respondents will not, in any way, harass the members of the petitioner club. He also sought permission of this Court to grant liberty to the respondents to take action against the petitioner club, if any illegal activities are done in the said club. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the legal activities of the petitioner club, i.e., Sri Sakthi Sports Club, No.14/1, Aagthiyar Street, Saligramam, Chennai - 600 093. However, if the respondents suspect any illegal activities in the said club, the 4th respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with the law. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
