It is the case of the petitioner that after receiving the demolition notice on 12th January, 2026, the petitioner filed an application for regularization of the unauthorized construction. 3. Mr. Kapil Dutta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD submits that the regularization application has been rejected on 19th March, 2026. 4.
