The Court is of the view that the contentions raised by the petitioner can very well be urged before the jurisdictional Sessions Court. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner came to know about the order recently when petitioner received the summons in this case, though the order is passed long ago. 4. Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Sessions Court. In case any such revision petition is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5. The time spent in prosecuting this petition from 16.09.2026 till date shall be excluded while computing the period of limitation. The limitation to file revision is to be computed from the knowledge of the impugned order and not from the date of the impugned order.
