Petitioner has preferred an application for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR nor the materials till date which has been collected do reveal any incriminating material for the petitioner to apprehend that he may be implicated in the present case. 2 3. In view of the State’s stand, I direct that if the Investigating Officer of the case warrants the custody of the petitioner at least seven days notice be provided to the petitioner for exhausting the remedies available under the law. 4. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 3204 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 6.
