Dated : 18th August, 2026 PER COURT :- 1. Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants. 2. The present application is filed for quashing of the First Information Report bearing Crime No.361 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025 registered with West-Deopur Police Station, District Dhule alongwith Charge-sheet No. 138 of 2025 and consequential proceeding bearing Regular Criminal Case No. 1582 of 2025, pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhule alongwith the order of taking cognizance dated 25.12.2025. 3. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the parties have settled the dispute among themselves and they have no allegations against each others. The copy of the consent terms has also been produced on record, which is duly filed under the signatures of all the applicants and Respondent No.2. The parties have appeared before 1 of 3 2026:BHC-AUG:37597 965appln1480-26 the learned Registrar(Judicial) of this Court who has verified the contents of the settlement terms and has also verified their identity. The learned Registrar(Judicial) has filed a report of compromise dated 11.08.2026, which specifically states that the applicants and Respondent No.2 have filed settlement pursis. The learned Registrar (Judicial) has read over and explained the contents of the settlement pursis to them. They admitted and accepted the contents therein as true and correct. They admit their respective signatures and thumb impressions. Therefore, in the report, it is submitted that the parties have voluntarily entered into settlement terms and no fraud is played with them. It is also specifically mentioned that Applicant No.4, who was absent before the learned Registrar (Judicial), had not signed the settlement pursis 4. The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 admits that the parties have settled the dispute between themselves and now Respondent no.2 has no allegations or ill-will left against any of the applicants. They have amicably decided to settle the dispute by withdrawing the allegations against each other. 5. I have perused the report of the learned Registrar (Judicial) as well as the consent terms that has been produced before this Court. The consent terms specifically mentions that Respondent no.2 is withdrawing all the allegations against the applicants and also 2 of 3 965appln1480-26 consents for quashment of the FIR No. 361 of 2025 dated 20.10.2025 lodged by Respondent No.2 with West Deopur Police Station, District Dhule and the parties have undertaken that they will not file any further proceedings against each other. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Registrar (Judicial), the consent terms filed on record by the parties, and the fact that the entire dispute between the parties has been resolved, there is nothing remained to be adjudicated in the present application. 6. In the light of the above, the present application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). 7. The First Information Report bearing Crime No.361 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025 with West-Deopur Police Station, District Dhule, Charge-sheet No. 138 of 2025 and consequential proceeding bearing Regular Criminal Case No. 1582 of 2025, pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhule alongwith the order of taking cognizance dated 25.12.2025 are hereby quashed and set aside. 8.
