It has been submitted that steps will be taken for execution of the said order. 4. It appears that order was passed under Section 400(8) on 7th June, 2024. No steps have, however, been taken to execute the said order till date. 2 5. Prompt necessary steps shall be taken by the authority to execute the order under Section 400(8) of the KMC Act, 1980 without any further delay. 6. The contempt application stands disposed of. 7.
