CMP No.615 of 2026 Present application has been filed by the appellants for effecting service on LRs No.1(c)(iii) Sukhdeep Kaur and 1(b)(ii)(a) Mandeep Kaur by way of publication in the newspaper. It has been averred in the application that though notices were issued to the aforesaid respondents, however, service could not be effected on the said respondents and the summons, which were issued, were received back with the report that 8no one resides on this address9. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and LR Nos.1(c)(iii) and 1(b)(ii)(a) are ordered to be served by means of publication in daily local newspaper having circulation in the local area of the said respondents. The applicants to take appropropriate steps for the said purpose and to deposit the publication charges in the Registry of this Court. Let the needful be done within a period of two weeks from today.
