Item- 18. sg 18-09-2026 Ct. 6 CO 3228 of 2026 Keya Chatterjee & Ors. Versus Tania Dutta Chakraborty [ Mr. Somnath Mukhopadhyay Mr. Arunava Mukherjee …for the petitioners The petitioners have challenged the order dated 20th April, 2026 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court no. 2, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Misc. Case No. 115 of 2024. By the order impugned, the learned trial judge has allowed the prayer of the opposite party mother to visit the minor child either at the office of DLSA, Barasat or at any public place preferably on 1st and 3rd Saturdays, twice a month for two hours during court hour as per convenience of both sides and the petitioner was directed to produce the minor child before the mother at the aforesaid place and time as agreed upon to enable the opposite party mother to meet her minor daughter. After going through the impugned order, this Court finds that such order was passed after recording that the learned counsel for both the parties agreed that, for the time being if simple visitation is allowed, till the disposal of this case on merit, neither party will be prejudiced. It appears that the order was passed by consent of both the parties and for such reason, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said order under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2 This revision application stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
