1. The affidavit of service filed today is taken on records.
2. As prayed for by Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, leave is granted to correct the cause title of the instant writ petition in course of the day.
3. The application of the petitioners seeking benefits under several Memos and Notifications and particularly, that of Memo No. 1091-F(P2) dated March 1, 2024 has not been considered by the respondent authorities.
4. The petitioners have made representation in respect thereof, which has not been considered by the respondent authorities.
5. In view of the fact that the authorities have not applied themselves to consider the representation of

the petitioners, I direct the concerned authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within eight weeks from date in accordance with law.
6. With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
