Considering the submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has arranged funds to the tune of Rupees One Lacs for settling his matrimonial dispute as also the grounds mentioned in the application and the jail remarks, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the present petitioner. 4. The petition, therefore, succeeds and is partly allowed.
