The same was the case when the matter was listed on 08.11.2024. Mr. A. R. Tahbildar, learned counsel for the respondent, Higher Education Department, submits that the petitioner by filing this writ petition has claimed for enhancement of the age of retirement from sixty (60) years to sixty five (65) years and that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has in fact crossed the age of sixty five (65) years. He, therefore, submits that perhaps it is due to this reason that the petitioner remains unrepresented. Be that as it may, since the counsel for the petitioner has not appeared on two (2) consecutive occasions, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
