Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 06.01.2026 before the respondent for transfer of patta for his property situated at Thathaloor village, Thirukazhukundram taluk, Chengalpattu district comprised in Survey No.12/7, New Survey No.12/7A1 comprised in patta no.507 admeasuring to an extent of 1962 square feet. However, the said online application was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s online application dated 06.01.2026 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
