The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 87, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of JMFC, Palamau. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aged 20 years and as per the FIR, the victim was 18 years of age. There is no material to show that any inducement was offered by the petitioner and there is no allegation of sexual assault. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
