MP(M) No. 604 of 2025, is modified to the extent that the applicant shall furnish bail bonds to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Additional Sessions Judge, Sirmaur at Nahan or learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sirmaur at Nahan.
