Rajaram @ Ragavan, aged 45 years, Life Convict, now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore, under the scheme of G.O.(Ms). No.430 for premature release of life convicts, within a reasonable period and thus render justice. The petitioner is a life convict and confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore. According to him, he has been incarcerated for more than 28 years and is hence entitled to pre-mature release in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.488, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 15.11.2021. He has made a representation on 06.05.2026 before the respondents seeking early release. He has approached this Court on account of the non-disposal of the same. 2.
