Mr. Basu, learned Senior Advocate, upon instruction submits that the opposite-parties have been duly served. In spite of service none appears for the opposite- parties. Mr. Basu, learned Senior Advocate, submits that the hearing of the app0lication under Order 12 Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code has already been concluded and the written notes of submissions have already been filed, but no order has been passed till date. He submits that further hearing of the said application is fixed on October 7, 2026. This revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 9th 2 Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the application under Order 12 Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code on the next date fixed, i.e., on October 7, 2026 and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six working weeks from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In the event the hearing of the said application cannot be concluded on that date, the learned trial judge shall fix short date of hearing and make an endeavour to dispose of the same within the timeframe indicated hereinabove.
