Heard Mr. Ashwani Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 176 of 2024 (State Vs. Ashok Kumar Gupta and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 515 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Ballia, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ballia, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending since long and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
