1. The receipt showing payment of deficit court fees filed in Court today be kept with the records.
2. In the instant writ petition, the petitioners prayed for availing the benefit of the roster notified on January 27, 2026.
3. It has been submitted that the said roster has been changed and a separate roster is being followed at present. A separate writ petition being WPA 26231 of 2026 [Bidyut Kumar Patra vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.] has been filed challenging the change of use of roster dated January 27, 2026.
4. As the cause of action for filing the instant writ petition has been substantially changed and a fresh writ petition on the new set of facts has already been
2 filed, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the instant writ petition any further.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
