The petitioners have filed these three bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No.115/2025 registered with the Police Station Indergarh District Bundi for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110 and 189(2) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and so also the material made available on record, including the statement of PW-3, the Medical Officer, who has prepared Medico Legal Report (for short ‘MLR’) of the injured. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Medical Officer during his examination has nowhere stated that any of the injuries sustained by the complainant party is dangerous to life. 5. On perusal of the statement of the said witness, PW-3, it is revealed that the injured, Vinod, has sustained fracture involving the frontal, temporal and parietal bone and the said injury is said to have been caused by a sharp edged weapon. 6. Another injured, Bhairu Lal, is also said to have been sustained three injuries, out of which injury no.1 is on the head and there is a fracture and the said injury is also said to have been caused by the sharp edged weapon. Another injured namely; Raju Lal, has sustained certain injuries in the alleged incident and one of the injuries sustained by him, has been opined to be [2026:RJ-JP:12326] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-3444/2026] grievous in nature. In the alleged incident, one more person namely; Kali Bai, has sustained injuries. 7. On perusal of evidence of PW-3, it is revealed that the accused party has used sharp edged weapon in causing grievous injuries to the injured complainant party and that too on the vital part of the body. 8. In view of the nature of the injuries caused by the accused party to the injured complainant party, which also reveals the intention, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused petitioners on bail. 9. Accordingly, these all three second bail applications are dismissed. 10. A copy of this order be placed in connected bail applications. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J ARTI SHARMA /7-9
