1. It is submitted that due to some technical difficulty which is incurable in nature, the writ petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to submit a fresh representation with the appropriate authority and also with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition also on the self-same cause of action in the event the grievance of the writ petitioner is not met.
2. In view of such submission made on behalf of the learned advocate for the writ petitioner, WPA 9333 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
3. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
