When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already a Civil Suit in OS.No.725/20263 has been filed by the Temple before the Principle District Court, Coimbatore, against the private respondents and therefore, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents also produced proof of filing the said Suit, before this Court. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
