Item- 19. sg 18-09-2026 Ct. 6 CO 3231 of 2026 Neelam Kothari Versus Jitendra Agarwal [ Mr. Amrit Sinha …for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 1419 of 2024 arising out of Money Suit No. 201 of 2019 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that unfortunately the money suit stood dismissed for default and for restoration of the same, the petitioner filed a Misc. Case being 1419 of 2024. He submits that 16th January, 2027 is fixed for hearing of the said misc. case. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, this civil revision application is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court, to take up the hearing of the Misc. Case No. 1419 of 2024 if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of six months after the 2 misc. case is made ready for hearing. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
