This petition is filed to quash the proceeding in Crime No.49/2026 registered before the HSR Layout Police Station for the offence under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. The petitioner and the 2nd respondent are present before the Court. 5. An application signed by the petitioner and 2nd respondent is filed under Section 528 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The application is also supported by an affidavit. In the affidavit, the complainant has stated that, there is no intention to prosecute the case against the petitioner. It appears that there was acquaintance and relationship between the petitioner and the respondent as regards the alleged incident. 6. On enquiry made by the Court, 2nd respondent submits that she has no intention to prosecute the matter against the petitioner. 7. The dispute is amicably settled. 8. Considering the contents of the complaint, nature of relationship between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, Court is of the view that application and petition has to be allowed. 9.
