CRL RC No. 906 of 2026 To call for the records pertaining to the order dt. 08.12.2025 made in C.A.No. 50/2024 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi and set aside the same and by confirming the order dt. 17.05.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukovilur in C.C.No. 255/2019 and acquit the petitioner and pass such further or other orders. He further submitted that on the next date fixed his client will make compliance of the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 05.06.2026 by depositing 30% of the remaining cheque amount before the trial court. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition. 3.
