ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioners have challenged the provisional order passed under Section 243(3)(c) of the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024 by respondent No.2 in respect of the property belonging to the petitioners.
2. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have put up construction in violation of the building bye-laws and the sanctioned plan.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that what has been issued to the petitioners is only a provisional order and not a final order. He further submits that, in respect of the same property and also the adjoining property belonging to a third party, this Court in W.P.No.28269/2025 has passed an
order directing the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) to conduct the necessary inspection, hear the parties and

thereafter pass appropriate orders. He further submits that immediate precipitative action will not be taken against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned provisional order herein. He submits that the petitioners may be granted two weeks time to submit their reply and that a joint inspection will be conducted in their presence and only thereafter, appropriate orders will be passed. Hence, the following:-
ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. ii. The respondents are directed to proceed against the petitioners as per the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.28269/2025. iii. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand
disposed of.
