Today is the 68th day of detention of the petitioner in custody and till today, no charge sheet Page No.# 2/2 has been filed against him. 4. The petitioner, namely, Alim Uddin Sekh shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Cachar at Lakhipur.
