1. At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner again prays for accommodation to serve notice upon the respondents.
2. It appears from records that on 30th June, 2025 a coordinate Bench adjourned the matter in order to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to complete service of notice upon non-appearing respondents as respondent no.4 was represented.
3. Subsequently, matter was taken up by this Court on 5th March, 2026. It was found that service of notice upon the respondents was not complete in terms of the order dated 30th June, 2025 as a result whereof hearing of the matter was adjourned and learned advocate for the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the respondents.
4. Today respondent no.4 is represented by learned advocate who has submitted that only one notice dated 20th June, 2025 was served upon him but till date copy of the writ petition was not served.
5. Repeated opportunity was granted to the learned
advocate representing the petitioner to complete service of notice upon the respondents but service is not complete till date.
6. It appears that petitioner has lost interest.
7. The writ petition stands dismissed.
