In terms of the representation at Annexure-`H', petitioner submits that the Guest Lecturers are generally taken only where a Teacher is less than 60 years. Though the representation makes a prayer regarding the retirement age, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure-`H' shall be construed as a request for engagement of Guest Lecturers upto the age of 70 years in terms of the contents of Annexure-`G'. 4. Taking note of the limited prayer, the case of the petitioner may be considered for engagement as a Guest Lecturer though he has crossed the age of superannuation, if other circumstances are made out, in the light of the observations at Annexure-`G'. 5. In the light of the above, writ petition is disposed of. 6. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation within a period of one week from today, to enable effective consideration of the representation.
